The dealership's service department also adds to Nate Wade's success. "For every 100cars we sell, we're servicing 140. It goes to show we take care of customers after the sale," says Schneider.

No-hassle customer service sets Nate Wade Subaru apart from its competitors, according to Schneider. "Right now, the car industry is moving toward no-hassle sales. But Nate Wade Subaru has always offered low-key, no pressure customer service."

The dealership reaps the rewards of customer service through returning clients. "We depend a lot on repeat business. That's why we take care of our current customers, so they'll continue to return to us for car sales and service," says Schneider, adding, "Word of mouth is by far the best advertising."

Schneider considers underwriting for KUED another successful way to spread the dealership's name. "We advertise through many different outlets, but we've received the most direct response from underwriting on KUED. It's nice to support it, and it's also nice to get recognized for it. We've gotten a great return on our community investment."
