Join KUED, the SLC Film Center, Intermountain Donor Services, and Shriners Hospital for Children for a premiere screening and panel discussion of D Tour.
Eddie Bridges, kidney recipient Eddie Bridges became sick and was diagnosed with kidney disease when he was 13 years old. His kidneys lasted until he was almost 21 years old, but then they began to fail rapidly. He was put on the waiting list for a transplant and started dialysis. He was able to receive a transplant about four months later; one week before his 21st birthday. That was a little over 20 years ago. more »
