KUED does not air pre-produced public service announcements. However, we do provide two options for nonprofit groups: Contact and Billboard. If you are part of a nonprofit organization and would like to be on Contact or Billboard, e-mail Jacqui Voland in our Community Outreach department or call her at (801) 585-3523.
Contact is a three-minute pre-recorded public service interview program that airs weeknights at 9:55 p.m. The Contact set is designed for one guest only. Because of the high volume of requests we receive, a particular group may only appear a total of two times during the calendar year. Requests should be made six to eight weeks prior to your event or activity.
Billboard is an on-air community calendar that runs three times on Saturday or three times on Sunday, generally the weekend prior to the featured event or activity. Requests should be made at least two weeks before your event or activity.
