Guitar Superstar Joe Bonamassa Performs Live from New York on KUED Special

   

Internationally renowned guitar superstar Joe Bonamassa delivers a stunning performance at the legendary Beacon Theatre in New York City in a new PBS special. Bonamassa's show at the Beacon Theatre is his follow-up performance to last December's Joe Bonamassa - Live at the Royal Albert Hall that featured a special guest appearance by Eric Clapton.

Joe Bonamassa: Beacon Theatre - Live from New York premieres on KUED March 10 at 8:30 p.m.

Bonamassa's Beacon Theatre performance, captured by the same producers and directors who filmed his performance at the Royal Albert Hall, features memorable duet performances with legendary classic rock singer Paul Rodgers (lead singer for Bad Company) and John Hiatt, recipient of Nashville's Music Lifetime Achievement Award for songwriting. In addition to these special guest appearances, Bonamassa's show features new material.

"Bonamassa was a huge hit with KUED audiences in December," says KUED Program Director James Davie. "They'll be happy to see he's back with a new concert special."
