KUED Nominated for Rocky Mountain Regional Emmy Awards

 

KUED-Channel 7's  Production Department has been recognized with several nominations for the Rocky Mountain Regional EMMY Awards. Organizers say this was a year that attracted a record number of entries.  According to Ken Verdoia, KUED director of productions, Emmy-Award nominations for the Utah flagship PBS station include:

DESERT WARS (Contemporary Issue Documentary) 

UTAH NOW: Brian Kershisnik Interview (Interview Program)

INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT IN AUDIO: Bill Gordon, William Montoya, Ed Anderson UTAH WWII STORIES: Pacific

INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT IN MUSIC: Frank Jarvis MAYNARD DIXON 

INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT IN EDITING: Nancy Green, Joe Prokop, Carol Dalrymple
