Celebrate the 100th anniversary of Utah's Zion National Park with Red Rock Rondo, a musical tribute to this treasured place and its people. Produced by the Western Folklife Center in cooperation with KUED TV, Red Rock Rondo explores the antique and contemporary stories of the people whose lives have been shaped by the red rock walls of Zion. The show features 10 new songs written by Phillip Bimstein, the former mayor of Springdale (the community adjacent to the park), and is performed by the Red Rock Rondo ensemble on a lively assortment of classical and folk instruments. This one-hour high-definition music documentary was filmed on location in Zion, and is a signature project of the Park's Century of Sanctuary anniversary celebration.
