Percy is trying so hard to be like Gordon that he forgets to deliver his mail. Percy realizes that being like Gordon hasn't helped him at all and he is happy just being Percy! Victor Says Yes - Victor is an engine who likes to please everyone so when it's a busy day at the Steam Works, he bites off more than he can chew. The engines line up outside the Steam Works and ask Victor to fix them. Emily, 'Arry and Bert all become impatient as the line of engines waiting to be fixed gets longer and longer. Then Sir Topham Hatt arrives and asks Victor to fix Gordon, and of course Victor says yes. The line gets longer and the engines start to bump into each other. With Thomas' help, Victor realizes that he needs to learn to say no. Victor tells some of the engines that he can fix them the next day.
