Sally Shaum has been a member of the KUED staff since 1987. She currently serves as an associate producer and producer in the KUED Production Department.
Among her many production credits with KUED, Sally has worked as an associate producer on the KUED productions Gathered in Time, Utah in the ‘50s, On the Road with J. Golden Kimball, Utah WWII Stories, and Utah Vietnam War Stories.
Sally has served as producer of such KUED documentaries as Faces and Voices of Refugee Youth, Utah WWII Stories: Europe, Speaking of Women’s Health, We Shall Remain: Southern Paiutes of Utah, and On the Edge: Mental Health in Utah, and Utah Vietnam War Stories: Turning Point. She is the recipient of multiple Emmy Awards for production excellence.
Sally is a graduate of the University of Utah. She can grow a mean basil bush, and has a big love for music, stories, snow, red-rock, and Ruben.
