Workshop: Coping with Feelings

Do your kids ever act up or act out? This workshop is about “What to do with the Mad You Feel.” It is about talking with children about their feelings and how they are a normal part of growing up.   How you respond to these emotions is often more of the challenge. This workshop is about managing our human emotions and learning how to talk with children about the emotions they experience on a daily basis.  Topics focused on are: behavioral skills, critical thinking.
