KUED Channel 7, public broadcasting for Utah, will bring magic and learning to Wendover elementary school students and their parents and teachers Wednesday, February 16 with a special event at the new Peppermill Casino Theatre from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Mike Hamilton, a well-known Salt Lake City magician, will perform and PBS characters Word Girl, Curious George and Arthur will be at the free event to greet children. The evening is a collaboration between KUED, Mike the Magician, Wendover elementary schools districts and the Peppermill Casino Theatre.
