KUED teams up again with The Salt Lake Tribune’s outdoor editor, Brett Prettyman, for a second installment that features nine new adventures.  The Utah Bucket List 2 premieres Monday, August 11 at 7:00 p.m. on KUED.

KUED Kids presents the Dinosaur Train Classic in the Jurassic event at Utah’s Hogle Zoo Friday, August 8  from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Children will experience life as a dinosaur through hands-on activities and obstacle courses.  The event also includes a free sneak preview of the new Dinosaur Train Classic in the Jurassic hour-long special.  Families can also try the new Dinosaur Train mobile apps at the KUED Kids Cleone Peterson Eccles Mobile Education Lab, which will be at the event.

In June 2000, 14-year-old Kenneth Young was convinced by a 24-year-old neighborhood crack dealer—Kenneth’s mother’s supplier—to join him on a month-long spree of four armed robberies. The older man planned the Tampa, Florida heists and brandished the pistol—and, on one occasion, he was talked out of raping one of the victims by his young partner. Fortunately, no one was physically injured during the crimes, although the trauma that resulted was immeasurable.
