Governor Gary Herbert plans to go to D.C. to talk about public lands in Utah. Utah has less than 25% of it's lands privately owned.

In the last News Conference of 2011, Governor Gary Herbert reflects on one year later after the passing illigal immigration laws.  He talks about modifying HB116 in the 2012 Legislative session and how E-Verify will play into the system.

Gov. Herbert alos talks about having a discussion about privatizing liquor sales, earmarking funds for the Lake Powell Pipleline, and  job cuts at Hill Air Force Base.
