This week Utah NOW presents The Governor's Monthly News Conference, an unedited exchange between reporters and Governor Jon M. Huntsman, Jr.

The Governor speaks in depth about how the Federal Stimulus package will affect Utah...he outlines how much we are expected to receive and the choices he made in where it will be spent.

In addition to the stimulus money, Governor Huntsman speaks about other topics to come out of the ending of the 2009 Utah State Legislative session...including the passing of new liquor laws and the failure of the Common Ground and climate change bills.

The show ends with a tribute to Journalist Tom Jordan, a long-time attendee of the Governor's Monthly News Conference.
