Gary Herbert, Governor of Utah, starts this month's News Conference with a discussion of the 2011 budget and working with the State Legislature.  Later he speaks directly about funding public education.

Gov. Herbert continues by answering questions about a nuclear power plant in Utah, wildlands designation conflicts between Utah and the Federal government, a new immigration bill, and concealed weapons permitting.
