You may not have heard of her, but in cyber-space, Heather Armstrong is practically an A-List celebrity. She's a blogger - and she makes a pretty healthy living at it. This week on Utah NOW Armstrong will join us to talk about what it's like to share her personal life with cyber-strangers in the blogosphere.

Between daily TV news and in-depth public TV documentaries that take you deeply and richly into a subject, exists a void in public affairs programming.

The series, hosted by KUER’s Doug Fabrizio, is a combination of mini- documentaries examining local news stories and issues of the week; in-studio panel discussions and one-on-one interviews with high-profile newsmakers such as community activists, politicians, religious and business leaders, authors, artists, and educators; and citizens’ panels with a roundtable discussion with citizens who are affected by the issues.
