The Governor speaks in depth about how the Federal Stimulus package will affect Utah...he outlines how much we are expected to receive and the choices he made in where it will be spent.

The show ends with a tribute to Journalist Tom Jordan, a long-time attendee of the Governor's Monthly News Conference.
