This week Governor Gary Herbert spoke in depth about the current legislative session, Medicaid, local and national healthcare reform, proposed cuts in education, balancing the budget, and the purpose of the rainy day fund. Governor Herbert also spoke on ethics reform in congress, so called “message bills”, including his upcoming decision on controversial legislation for Senate Bill 11, and his vision for the future of Utah.
