This week on Utah NOW--the writer, philosopher and sometime-Utahn Robert Fulghum will be with us.
Fulghum came to prominence by sharing the lessons he learned in kindergarten. His essays are observations of the smallest things that raise the biggest questions.
We also say farewell to Utah teacher and statesman J.D. Williams.
Sam Weller's Bookstore will be holding a reading with Robert Fulghum on September 18th at 7:00 pm. Sam Weller's Bookstore is located at 254 S. Main St. in Salt Lake City, Utah (Phone: 801.328.2586). For more on Robert Fulghum, please visit www.robertfulghum.com.

Wonderful show tonight, Doug. Thank you for having Robert read his piece about the moon...and the Earth--deeply moving. He's right: You have true talent for bringing your guests to us. Now, I think I'll end this and see if the moon is out yet.
As a teacher, your tribute to JD Williams was especially moving as well
Thanks!
