Throughout the day, there are scheduled Power breaks when women can take advantage of valuable health screenings.

Women enjoy an elegant sit-down lunch with festive decorations that add to the celebratory atmosphere. During lunch, Speaking of Women's Health awards to our selected Honorees, special Utah women, who have made extraordinary contributions to our community.

Following the lunch, there is the afternoon keynote presentation.
The day ends with additional breakout sessions and time to visit the health screenings and sponsor booths.
