Danette Allen is a dietician, coach, national speaker and certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, APEX, NAT&F, Stott Pilates) She has been working as a fitness professional for the past 11 years and loves it. She believes that exercise is more than raising the heart rate: it encompasses body, heart, mind, and soul. She is the owner of Action Personal Training in Salt Lake City. In addition to being a fitness model, author, and mother, Danette has a Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Med and Nutrition.
