Chris Bodily's work is not about elegance or perfection, it's about honesty. Rather than hiding his mistakes, he embraces them and creates illustrations that are psychological self portraits covered in fingerprints of heartbreak and madness.
“If there’s one thing I hope people know about me and my work, it’s that I wasn’t born being good at what I do. I got good at what I do because I loved it and I worked on it every day. I’m a big believer that you can be anything you want to be if you’re patient, dedicated, and passionate. It doesn’t matter what anyone else might think of your work, be true to yourself and put your heart into what you do.”
