FREE Educator Training on Native American Classroom Resources
Join KUED and Westminster College for a day of free professional development on culturally sustainable pedagogies and the use of Native American Resources in the classroom. Presentations and group discussions include: educator resources from KUED & PBS, the Battle Over Bears Ears documentary and curriculum creation, and culturally responsive lesson plans.
Each educator will receive 7 USBE relicensure points, a set of related children's and chapter books for the classroom, a packet complete with relevant articles and resources, lunch and healthy snakcs, and KUED swag!
