Bailey Harris was only eight years old when she started to write her first book, My Name Is Stardust. She was watching Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey and became inspired by what host Neil deGrasse Tyson was saying. She immediately went to her room and began to write. She wanted all of her friends to know the importance of what she had learned. Today, at age 12, she and her dad just completed their 3 rd children’s science picture book, Stardust Explores Earth’s Wonders .
