Air Quality Apps

Stay up to date on the quality of your air and get the latest data from air monitoring centers across the state and the country.

Utah Air: The Utah Air application employs Utah Division of Air Quality's new air quality alert system. Check the app daily to know when not to use wood and coal burning stoves or fireplaces, the best times to exercise outdoors, or make one consolidated trip for errands based on current conditions and trends.

State of the Air: The State of the Air app is produced by the American Lung Association and gives you the ability to see what your lungs are collecting anywhere in the United States. Check out today’s air quality and also get a look at tomorrow’s forecast too.

Air Now: The app from the EPA allows users to get location-specific reports on current air quality and air quality forecasts for both ozone and fine particle pollution (PM2.5). Air quality maps from the AIRNow website provide visual depictions of current and forecast air quality nationwide.
